 A little history - 

 My culinary journey began as a busboy in New Orleans and took me to Catering Director for Ricardo's Mexican Restaurants here in Las Vegas.  When Ricardo's closed during Covid (after 41 yrs) another trusted guy from the kitchen and I were happy to get the blessing from Bob Ansara to use the original Ricardo's recipes in a venture called C & C Catering.  I guess he likes us.

 Time passes and things change.  The other guy is gone.

 My family and I together decided to take the leap and expand to offer different types of cuisines, as well as the authentic Ricardo's dishes.  You name it.  We'll make it.

 We'll discuss your vision of your special event, big or small, and turn it into reality.  We truly hope for the opportunity to help craft your important moments into life long memories.  We know how.
